Formerly CHS Healthcare

CHS Healthcare was founded in 1995 specialising in supporting clients across CHC, software, brokerage and self-funders throughout the UK, working in partnership with ICBs, NHS trusts and local authorities.

In 2024, CHS joined its sister brands within Acacium Group to unite under one brand, now known as Xyla. All services and processes offered by CHS remain the same under Xyla.

With an average 95% assessment success rate, our person-centred approach means we deliver high-quality and accurate assessments. As the largest independent provider of health and social care services in the UK, our dedicated team helps to reduce waiting lists and the strain on the service provider. We offer an agile approach to delivery: in a short-term, tactical capacity or acting as the entire assessment department for the service provider.
