Stephen Gauller

Stephen has been a senior leader in educational management for 16 years.  Prior to this he followed a 20 year pathway from electrical engineering through to the CSR team with one of the country’s leading energy suppliers, where he led a learning and development provision and headed the company’s award winning partnership with the Prince’s Trust Charity.  This experience has provided the foundation to lead on various school improvement priorities from capital builds and ICT re- infrastructure projects through to organisational development and integrated curriculum/financial planning. 

Stephen leads the central team providing financial services, HR, communications and marketing expertise to our Schools in addition to broader financial planning, facility development and Trust wide legislative compliance.  Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MA in Human Resource Management.
