With more than 20 years’ experience in clinical law, Adam is a highly skilled inquest advocate and provides advice and support including representation from the point at which a case is notified to the Coroner. He has represented clients in Article 2 Jury Inquests arising from deaths in custody, usually representing healthcare providers in such circumstances. Allied to his inquest work, he advises on issues that flow from serious untoward incidents including in relation to criminal investigations, CQC enforcement and civil claims. He also represents public bodies in connection with judicial review proceedings.
