Agnes has worked in the NHS or for NHS providers services for 13 years and began her career as a support worker.
With a background in clinical psychology, Agnes has spent the last 6 years elevating the notion of lived experience and inclusion within health and social care, driving the principles of co-production and meaningful engagement. She is passionate about patient, carer and staff experience.
Agnes works for Spectrum Community Health CIC as a Head of Experience and Freedom To Speak Up Guardian and is a WYHCP Adversity, Trauma and Resilience Fellow.
Alongside other colleagues, Agnes set up a new workstream focused on staff experience and workforce practices, ensuring these are understood from the trauma informed perspective.
