Aidan joined Texthelp in 2017 to expand the reach of their assistive technologies across the UK and Ireland. In the NHS, one million patients are served every 36 hours and there are common barriers to communication which include differences in language, culture and digital literacy. Aidan’s goal is to ‘change lives’ by improving communications between NHS organisations and improving communications and access to services for patients. He believes that digital technology holds the key.
