Andy Howlett

Andy is a graduate of Cambridge University, University of Bath School of Management and the NHS Management Training Scheme, and has over 20 years of operational management experience within Acute NHS provider organisations at the senior level.  Andy has led NHS England and Improvement’s Diagnostics, Medicines & Pharmacy Improvement programmes for the last 4 years, including the implementation of Imaging and Pathology Networks, and implementation of the Richards’ Review Diagnostics: Recovery & Renewal.
