Annabel Beasley

Annabel is Deputy Director of Neighbourhood Development in Surrey Downs Place. Her role involves the development of integrated neighbourhood teams and neighbourhood boards, as well as population health and health inequalities.

Annabel has worked in healthcare for the last 15 years in a range of organisations including NHS London, Health Education England and the National Association of Primary Care. The majority of her work has focussed on helping people and organisations to develop collaborative networks across different sectors to improve outcomes for local populations. This has included supporting over 350 Primary Care Homes across the country to develop and design their operating models, developing dispersed leadership for their networks and taking a population health approach to their development and tackling health inequalities.
