Ayesha Janjua

Ayesha is a system change practitioner who has provided support to NHS and social care organisations for over 15 years, delivering transformation and change programmes for CCGs, Trusts and Vanguards.

Ayesha has supported a number of systems across the country with ICS and ICP development. This has included working with local system leaders to develop their vision, strategy and culture for the successful delivery of population health management and outcomes-based commissioning. Ayesha is currently working with a number of systems to support them with new ways of working that will drive a new culture of population health planning and outcome-based thinking.
