With a broad range of experience across multiple clinical specialties, I have worked in outpatient services since 2016, developing a strong passion for improving both patient experience and staff development. I am committed to creating high-quality, efficient services that enable colleagues to reach their full potential while ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

As part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust's Outpatient Transformation Programme team, I have helped drive improvements that are making a real difference for patients, staff, and the organisation, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for outpatient transformation.
