Carl has been with the Trust for over three years and in that time has led Data, Analytics and Clinical Systems functions to leverage data analytics, information management and digital innovations to support better decision making

Carl has worked in the mental health data space for over 15 years, in Provider Trusts and national bodies, including NHS Digital and NHS England

Carl earned both his BSc (Hons) and MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire before embarking into a career in data and analytics. Carl is a proud father and husband and an avid supporter of Leeds United. He also enjoys playing video games and tabletop war games
