Carla Whelan

As a CEO, Carla support the schools at EMPOWER Trust in their pursuit of excellence.   

With a number of years experience in schools both primary and secondary, Ofsted recognition for outstanding leadership and described as ‘ inspirational’  she leads change and enjoys being a part of making a difference to the young people in Shropshire. 

Using her understanding as a Leadership coach, a mindfulness practitioner, a qualified mental health practitioner & as an NLP trained practitioner she is committed to help develop the understanding around mental health,  self awareness and support building healthy, resilient mindsets.
