Caroline has worked in HR in the education sector for nearly 30 years, most of which has been with (what is now) Strictly Education 4S and before that Surrey County Council. She has worked with a number of public sector services, schools, free schools. academies and MATs as well as advising KeepOut, a crime diversion scheme for young people. As Head of Education HR, Caroline is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Education HR service and resources. She leads on employee relations and is particularly experienced in managing changing staffing needs, supporting leaders to manage sensitive or complex staffing issues and enjoys delivering both bespoke in-house and core training and development sessions. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
