Claire qualified as a therapeutic radiographer from the University of Central England in 2001 and has since worked clinically across England in both NHS and private healthcare organisations. Throughout her career, she has been involved in projects commissioning and developing new and innovative ways of working to support both staff and patients. More recently, she has gained experience developing a workforce strategy within a radiotherapy department to support the development of therapeutic radiographers at registration, enhanced, advanced and consultant level practice. She now works at the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, supporting employers within ICS organisations to implement T Level placement strategies across their health and care system, as well as developing placement models for their areas. She co-facilitates an employer network with DfE to support collaborative working, challenging barriers and sharing best practices.
