Clare Burgess

I currently live in Swale and have done so since 2005 when I relocated from the Northwest. My background prior to joining Kyndi is varied and includes working within the public and private sectors as well as the VCSE sector. I have always been particularly drawn to working in roles that are within the health & social care sector.

I am passionate about ensuring that people are able to have fulfilling and independent lives and particularly our most vulnerable. Working with Kyndi gives me a great opportunity to ensure our community have access to services that show great impact to the level of independence that they can achieve, whilst also complementing and supporting other health and social care services in this respect. I am excited and proud to be responsible for the team of people at Kyndi and get huge satisfaction from seeing the tangible difference we make.

I also volunteer my time to support our local RNLI service as their Management Group Chair. In my spare time you will find me cheering on a local youth grassroots football team, trying out new recipes or pottering in my garden enjoying family time with my husband, children three cats and a very bouncy chocolate Labrador!.
