Dr Pagliari is a senior researcher, educator and consultant in eHealth, based at the University of Edinburgh. She has been involved in a range of workforce research and development activities in health informatics over the last 15 years, having developed MSc, PhD and professional development programmes and acted as external examiner in several national and international universities. She is one of the co-founders and theme leaders of the NHS Digital Academy.
As part of her research portfolio in eHealth, Claudia is currently studying innovations in workforce informatics and the role of technology in addressing the global health workforce crisis. She is a member of the Global Health Workforce Council (2013-5) and the International Workskill Foundation and is co-editor of the Journal of Interprofessional Workforce Research, PLoS (Digital Health) and JMIR (Medical Informatics).
