David Taylor has a thorough understanding of international health and staffing markets, gained through several years working strategic roles at Director level for both Medacs Healthcare PLC and the Impellam Group PLC and over 15 years working for some of the world’s largest recruitment agencies. Under his leadership, Medacs Healthcare became the No1 provider of Managed Healthcare Services in the UK and he is now based full time in Dubai driving global growth, with a key strategic focus on developing eHealth solutions for the expanding group.
