With 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care transformation, Deborah is passionate about leveraging digital innovation and seamless communication across Health and Care providers. As Lead Strategist for Integrated Care at Access Group, she is currently spearheading the Virtual Wards program in partnership with North East London Trust (NELFT). She believes that despite the ongoing challenges within the industry, embracing digital change can help us deliver quality care more efficiently and make a positive, long-lasting impact on people's lives.
