Diane Clark

Diane is an experienced project manager and business improvement professional who has worked across a number of industries including healthcare, social housing and sports.

As a Senior Business Analyst for NHS Arden & GEM CSU, Diane works as part of our Data and Systems team with a focus on ensuring the appropriate governance is in place for data storage and dissemination, and making sure data infrastructure is fit for purpose, decommissioning and migrating services where necessary.

Drawing upon her knowledge of different project management methodologies and experience of working within different parts of the care system, Diane is able to effectively map processes and engage stakeholders to successfully deliver complex, cross-sector programmes of work.
