Donald R. Hammons, MBA is the Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Officer of mxHERO.After an eight-year career in the United States Navy, Donald earned his graduate M.B.A. credentials in Program Management and International Business at the University of Texas.

He is a tech-investor, a two-time start-up founder and a career-long technology executive including a post-graduate school stint as Program Manager & VP of Web Services for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center’s Donald W Reynolds Cardiovascular Clinical Research Center – this program included a $200+ million dollar multi-site grant to support cardiovascular research collaboration between UTSW, Harvard (Brigham & Women’s), Stanford University and Johns Hopkins investigators.

Today, Don serves as mxHERO’s CCO focusing on the Future of Work, strategic alliances and customer success initiatives including those in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Don resides in San Francisco, CA USA.

I worked with Convenzis, primarily Dan, for the first time this year, putting together a bespoke online event for IBM. He has always been so responsive and accommodating. The team always remained professional and helpful – despite the many demands from our side! They were very keen for us to maximise on the investment and revisit those attendees who had not committed to follow ups.
