Dr. Adrian Wright -Deputy Head of the School of Management and Director of Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment (iROWE) at the University of Central Lancashire. Adrian has a track record of funded research into examining workplace issues in variety of sectors. He has also led or acted as a co-investor on projects examining the impact of work conditions on employees, employee health and wellbeing and examining working practices within organisations. Adrian’s research has led him to speak at several national and international conferences including International Labour Process Conference, the British Sociological Association Conference and The British Universities Industrial Relations Association conference. He writes regularly about issues relating to work and employment and has published in high-ranking academic journals, research reports and media publications. Adrian holds a PhD from the University of Manchester and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).
