Dr Matt Bramley

Dr Matt Bramley is a senior partner at Mountview Practice in Fleetwood, on the Fylde Coast of Lancashire.  Mountview Practice and the wider Healthier Fleetwood Primary care Home is nationally recognised for innovation in primary care over the last 20 years, having won multiple national awards, most recently 2019 PCN of the year at the General Practice Awards.   He graduated MBChB from Manchester in 2006, having previously obtained an honours degree in Medical Science from the University of St Andrews.  He is the PCN clinical lead for cardiovascular and respiratory health and is the practice lead for digital medicine.
