Dr Stephen Donaldson, is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist having worked in the NHS for many years. He currently works in the REACH Team with those who have experienced multiple disadvantages and have been street attached in Scarborough. Dr Donaldson is the Dual Diagnosis lead for North Yorkshire York and Selby Mental Health Service within Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys Foundation NHS Trust.
He has a particular interest and expertise in complex trauma, drug and alcohol recovery, psychological leadership and working with those with co-existing conditions and needs. A current area of interest is around Moral Injury and the impact of systemic inequalities on service users, families, staff members, teams, services, and systems.
