Elaine worked in the banking industry for 14 years prior to moving into education in 2009. She spent time in the classroom as a lesson supervisor and unqualified teacher before moving into a support role 9 years ago and is now a Trust Data Manager. Elaine has worked for Leigh Academies Trust for just over a year and is responsible for the rollout of Admissions+ across 31 academies covering all phases from nursery to Post-16.
