Elisa Lakhan-Hector is an Enterprise Architect with over a decade of the worth of experience in aligning business, digital and technology, especially within the public sector. She specialises in working with Executive Teams to understand the importance of their role in digital transformation. She believes strongly that technology can have a positive impact, on healthcare, if planned and implemented correctly. She is passionate about technology and works closely with educational institutions to influence how digital transformation/technology is taught and is often seen at career fairs, open days and supporting ‘Women in Technology’ type events. Outside of work, Elisa enjoys sports and has been known to shout at the TV screen and re-enact parts of the game!
