Ellie Bragan Turner

Ellie is Head of Analytics at OBH where she has led the analytics function for many years. Ellie has extensive expertise in population level outcomes measurement, segmentation and advanced analytics to support longitudinal population health management. Ellie represents OBH in significant national analytical workstreams covering multiple long term conditions and population health, and is a published author on a number of significant peer-reviewed papers in the field. Ellie plays a lead role in working with NHS organisations to understand their needs and designing powerful analytical solutions to support these.

Ellie was previously Lead Research Analyst at Dr Foster, where she worked on developing new performance indicators for the Dr Foster Hospital Guide. Ellie is an alumnus of the Value Based Healthcare Delivery course at Harvard Business School. She studied Biological Anthropology at Christ’s College, Cambridge. Ellie is interested in the self-management of long term conditions, and conducted her thesis on self-monitoring of blood sugars in people with diabetes, as part of her MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
