Gavin has worked for Reed since 2001 and moved into the specialist sector of education recruitment in 2003 running a successful office supplying academic staff in London. From there he moved into regional management, and now is the Managing Director for Reed Education and Reed Tutors, managing the UK wide network of offices supplying all categories of staff, from academic to non-academic, into all phases of schools.
