I have been a diagnostic Radiographer since 1998, holding various clinical roles in both the NHS and the independent sector. Since 2017, I have worked as the Imaging Quality and Service Improvement Lead for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust, looking after governance and the requirements to meet the Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI).
More recently I have seconded to the Royal College of Radiologists and the College of Radiographers as a Quality Improvement Partner. Along with the QSI team, I support services working towards QSI and provide ongoing advice to services who have joined our scheme to gain the Quality Mark recognition. I enjoy looking at ways to improve patient experience, share best practice and reduce duplication. I also enjoy quality time with my friends and family, especially walking the beautiful beaches and coastal paths of Cornwall.
