Gulcin Sesli

Gulcin is Co CEO of The Spring Partnership Trust in the South East, serving some of the most deprived families in the Borough of Bromley. Previously she was an Executive Head Teacher for the Trust overseeing 3 schools. Gulcin has a strong understanding of school improvement and after five years of Headship, had received an outstanding inspection. Gulcin has been a member of Challenge Partners since 2017 and has recently become a Trustee for the charity. Gulcin has a great passion for the teaching of English and was a lead literacy teacher in the Dartford and Gravesend area for several years.
