Hanan L’Estrange-Snowden

Hanan is an experienced project manager and facilitator with a proven track record in workshop design and delivery. She creates insights from the evidence Picker’s research provides and uses this to support organisations to better understand and improve people’s experiences of health and social care.

She also has significant experience in the design and delivery of engagement programmes, developing staff, patient and service user experience tools across a range of areas with a particular focus on mixed mode methodologies.
