It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Harvey Neve is head of digital products and transformation at Public Health England (PHE) with the task of leading the adoption of digital technologies, and ways of working that will transform PHE and step change the way they help protect and improve public health. Harvey had a classic sales and marketing background in the private sector for 16yrs before joining the public sector in 2005 to take a leading role in the modernisation of the exams system following the systemic failures in early 2000. Over the following years, he had various positions in DfE agencies including director of centre support and head of IT and digital before working on the DfE IT modernisation programme and finally leading a change project to apply the use of AI before joining PHE in 2017.
Harvey is a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a regular blogger with extensive experience of delivering training and development around leadership, change management and culture development.
