Jo Fernihough

Jo is a Programme Director with experience of delivering projects and programmes at both a national and local level, utilising digital and data-led transformation to improve patient care.

During the past three years, Jo was involved in setting up and leading the Federated Data Platform pilot programme, rolling out an inpatient solution, which was focused on giving acute provider teams the data they need to effectively manage waitlists, improve theatre utilisation and move away from a reliance on spreadsheets.

Within Arden & GEM, Jo’s current focus is on adapting and tailoring the CSU’s data and analytics capabilities to support providers and provider collaboratives in meeting their challenges.
