Joe Barker

Joe is a project manager in the Digital Transformation & Technology Team. He recently supported a technical review of Remote Monitoring solutions for London and guidance on establishing developmental partnerships with remote monitoring suppliers. Prior to joining the HIN, Joe worked in quality improvement for surgical pathways, both in private and public settings. He also has experience of health technology development, having put together a clinical governance framework and developed a complaint management product for a health-tech start-up. For Liverpool Health Partners, Joe acted as a central point of contact for resources related to clinical healthcare governance and reviewed governance documentation for health research projects, including projects involving medical devices.
