It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Jon’s advanced technical, strategic and governance expertise in data has been developed through many years’ experience working for the NHS.
As Head of Data Controls and Governance at NHS Arden & GEM CSU, Jon is tasked with ensuring that not only is data safe and secure but that clients get the best solutions to receive the data they need in a timely, effective and controlled way. This includes working closely with NHS England and NHS Digital as lead for two DSCROs (Data Services for Commissioners Regional Offices).
Jon’s unique ability to provide insight and advice on dataflows has led to participation in several national programmes and boards, including the adult social care data pilot with the Department for Health and Social Care which paved the way for the current collection and dissemination to commissioners of linked health and social care data.
