Julian Young

Julian Young leads the Consulting division for AT Tech and the wider Operose Health Group. He has over 25 years’ experience delivering complex, innovative programmes, and has worked across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally, with organisations such as the NHS, Barclays, Accenture and CapGemini.

Over the last 3 years at AT Tech, Julian has overseen several large-scale digital transformation programmes, for a range of internal and external clients. His role involves leading the consultancy division within AT Tech, defining the strategic direction of the division, developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth and development.

Julian has extensive experience in strategy and implementation consultancy. Prior to joining AT Tech, he successfully led a wide range of award-winning programmes for the NHS, implementing EPRs, Shared Care Records and Population Health solutions.

He is passionate about innovation and delivering sustainable improvement in organisational performance through technology.
