Justine Howe

Justine brings over two decades of Health and Care experience to her role as Head of Urgent Care at Midlands and Lancashire CSU.  She is an advanced strategic commissioner with exceptional skills in facilitation, engagement and personalised service redesign.

She has a passion for and proven track record in maximising integration and collaboration at all levels of delivery, particularly to develop person centred services that promote independence.

Justine’s extensive experience of redesigning pathways and implementing innovative services to appropriately avoid admission, reduce length of stay and optimise timely discharge have received national commendation.  She has supported the implementation of integration legislation at a national level having supported Health and Wellbeing Boards to develop and meaningfully implement statutory Better Care Plans.
