It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. I deal with strategic Estates and Asset requirements across a range of areas, these include; disposal, utilisation and optimisation strategies; stakeholder coordination and management; sustainability; public / private, Government agency engagement. I also lead/support work relating to the digital and sustainability agendas, utilising my skills and experience from a range of sectors, analysing estates data and influencing procurement strategies, finance and strategic priorities. My function, as part of the capital projects at Leeds Teaching Hospital, relates specifically to sustainability and smart digital asset management, creating links and tangible measurable outputs during the capital build phase and more importantly during assets life-cycle, targeting all operational areas, identifying realisable monetary and non-monetary benefits.
I am a member of BIM4HEALTH, a Fellow of the Leeds Sustainability Institute and continuously advancing my knowledge of the built environment, specifically Asset & Process Digitisation; Smart Enterprise Asset Management solutions; FM & Estates strategies.
I have won, developed and maintained multi-million pound projects and portfolios in public and private sectors. Self motivated with the ability to engage at all levels of business, Government, corporate and supply chains. I have delivered international Healthcare and Real Estate ecosystem conference talks in Dubai, Lisbon, Hamburg, Stockholm and the UK. I have studied and had published a number of academic papers and articles, regarding negotiation & influencing; real estate strategies; digital asset management & sustainability; healthcare estates & patient flows; digital innovation & transformation strategies and IoT projects.
I have business, corporate and real estate experience ranging from strategic planning, optimisation & utilisation and finance, along with, commercial and strategic understanding of IT, procurement, R&D programmes, project management, facilities & estate management, asset assessment & improvement programs, IoT projects, integrated data systems, all aimed at delivering client requirements, RoI, and maximising leveraging opportunities.
