Kayleigh is the Psychosocial Manager for a HMP Drake Hall – a female establishment which holds up to 320 residents.

Kayleigh has a long history working in Forensic psychiatry and inpatient acute care. Kayleigh moved to Health in Justice in 2013 due to her specialist knowledge of substance misuse and in particular the use of Naloxone and harm reduction.  She has worked in several male establishments, developing new initiatives such as a successful peer support programmes in one of the UK largest prisons and leads with innovative service development at every opportunity. Kayleigh moved to work in the female estate two years ago, in this time she has developed a number of initiatives in HMP Drake Hall, where she manages the psychosocial team within an integrated substance Misuse and mental health service.
