Laura Norton

Laura is an experienced healthcare leader, currently the Chief Operating Officer of the largest Primary Care Network in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Laura has a solid background in the NHS and understands workforce issues from a number of different perspectives. Having supported the formation of PCN’s and led on GP Contracts and Quality, she is well versed in the challenges which face primary care in the UK. Laura has a track record of delivering consistent results and has an excellent understanding and working knowledge of primary and secondary care from both operational and strategic perspectives.

Laura has proven leadership and management skills over a number of years and is a credible and authentic leader.
