Mahesh Mistry

Mahesh is an experienced pharmacist who has worked within both the public and private sector across community, secondary care, academia and commissioning (including specialised). In his current role, as Deputy Director for Clinical Services, he is responsible for over 60 staff, working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver services in the following areas: medicines optimisation, care homes pharmacy support, individual funding requests/prior approvals and referral management services. Notable achievements include biosimilar uptake initiatives, medicines strategy, policy alignment, service design and implementation.
