It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Mark is a highly respected Consultant Paramedic, Emergency Care Practitioner, and Head of Service Urgent Care currently employed by the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. He provides regular national and international consultancy on telephone assessment and triage systems. A co-author of Manchester Triage System Telephone Triage and Advice, Mark has developed HSJ Award Winning solutions for triage, integration of urgent and emergency care, development and growth of internal urgent care strategies, including clinical solutions to the challenges of pre- hospital care. He have twelve years’ experience as senior clinical lead in various telephone Triage functions and has provided consultancy on triage implementation both within the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Western European countries.
A clinician of 21 years’ experience, Mark trained Technicians and Paramedics from 2000-2003 and has extensive clinical experience within Emergency Care (Departments), GP Out of Hours, Primary Care, and telephone triage as a Consultant HCP. Mark is also a well established provider of medicolegal services, having built up a portfolio of defendant and claimant work over the past seven years.
