Matt leads the health sector for Kier Construction. As a core sector, healthcare has always been a key focus for all of our regions. We are a National business with very deep local connections and boras geographical presence. So Matt team’s purpose is to ensure a joined up strategy for the sector and to maximise the benefits of having 50+ schemes and over £800m worth of healthcare work currently in preconstruction or on site. The synergy, best practice and learning across these projects is continually harnessed and implemented – which is why Kier has been at the forefront of healthcare construction for over 20 years. Part of our vision to support a better future for the Trusts we work for is sharing our learning and innovation from other sectors to benefit the NHS.
