Max and Hanley Consulting are having a significant impact in NHS Primary Care, recognising inefficiencies and underutilised technology that result in poor access for patients and strain on the system. In Summer 2022, Hanley Consulting launched EDATT (Enabling Digital Access Through Technology). Initially an access improvement programme, EDATT quickly evolved into an automated digital support assistant in the form of a chatbot. Max now leads the EDATT product as it continues to improve access with it's Right Place, First Time approach. This brings with it more cohesive, integrated and efficient Primary Care operations.
