With over 20 years of experience within the NHS, Mike has worked in a range of workforce roles that include: workforce analysis, workforce performance, organisation development (OD), leadership and workforce strategy, and planning. The organisations span the Greater Manchester Workforce Development Confederation (|GMWDC), Greater Manchester Strategic Health Authority (GMSHA), North West Strategic Health Authority (NWSHA) and Health Education England (HEE).
Mike is currently the workforce and education transformation lead for Lancashire and South Cumbria (L&SC) supporting the Local Workforce Action Board (LWAB) and the workforce components of the L&SC Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs) and across the clinical portfolio and enabling work streams.
