Mike Norton

Mike Norton has worked for 3M for almost 20 years in a variety of roles. Currently, he is Business Development Manager for Population Health Management Systems, and works with healthcare organisations across EMEA to help them move from a fee-for-service model to a value-based reimbursement model. Mike understands that when it comes to population health, there is no single model for healthcare organisations, and he is committed to helping commissioners, providers and integrated care organisations choose the tools that best meet their needs. Mike has extensive expertise in systems design and deployment, in-depth knowledge of clinical coding and clustering methodologies. With a Masters in Organic Geochemistry and Organic Petrology, Mike is still trying to understand how he ended up making a career in health informatics.
