Mina is an experienced clinician and clinical leader with over 30 years’ experience as an NHS general practitioner. She is chair of largest and most dynamic primary care partnership in the UK establishing systems for working at-scale, and improving patient care by developing safety, governance, and compliance programs. To introduce a sustainable and forward-looking approach to delivering healthcare service, she is involved in digital transformation, bringing technology to primary care, for both administrative purposes and direct patient care.
She is a strong advocate of the NHS at home and worldwide, representing UK healthcare in Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, and Brazil. She launched Pathfinder Community Interest Company (CIC) to promote international primary care provision and discourse in excellence in healthcare. She won an HSJ award for her work on behavioural motivational support for self-care.
She is a Fellow of the RCGP, an Industry Mentor at University College London Global Business School for Health, and a fellow of CREATE Academy, helping structure international leadership programmes.
