With over 30 years of experience spanning start-ups, the armed forces, and the public sector, Dave is a seasoned leader known for delivering innovative solutions in complex and uncertain environments. His expertise spans commercial, public sector, and conflict zones, showcasing his adaptability and comfort with challenging engagements. 

Dave is a recognized expert in innovation, Design Thinking, complex systems, and digital systems engineering. He champions the idea that the best innovations originate from those experiencing the problem, rather than from experts with opinions.

Dave's work with the NHS includes the London Ambulance Service shared care record mobile app, A&E complexity reduction, NHS VUCA Leadership training, and POCT Care in mental health.

Prior to his NHS tenure, Dave owned his own business, served as Executive Director of the CISQ International standards body, His advisory work extends to the USMC, DoD, UK Home and Foreign Office, and operational deployments.
