Natalie is dynamic NHS leader with over 15 years’ experience working in both operational and corporate management roles across the health sector including primary care, community physical health, secondary mental health care and acute services.
Natalie’s current role as Head of Change and Transformation at RDaSH incorporates leading on national transformation programme including Community Mental Health Transformation and Crisis Transformation across a multiple ICB footprint. Her specialisms include public health, health improvement and prevention, change management, programme management and transformation and personalised care.
With over 15 years NHS experience and having being named NHS Community Leader of the year in 2012 by the NHS Leadership Academy and Organisational Inspirational Leader in the same year following delivery of a wide range of health improvement programmes that gained national recognition from the prime ministers big society, NHS England and the big lottery tackling challenging and deprived communities including Fishermen, Farmers and Travelling communities, Natalie has continued to build on her creative passion for change, evolving and shaping health care through transformational approaches to change and improvement, always putting people at the centre of all decisions and leading change and transformation through system intelligence and people.
