Natasha has worked in healthcare for over 10 years, initially working in a subsidiary of Steris, a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention, then moving into consultancy with Meridian Productivity looking to improve performance of NHS providers, from acute to mental health and community.

Over the last 6 years Natasha has been at NHS England and has worked with the ambulance sector to publish the Carter review, which identified unwarranted variation in the delivery of ambulance services. In the past couple of years, Natasha has been working to improve elective services post COVID, with projects ranging from the independent sector to children and young people.
