Neena Edwards

Neena has been a senior healthcare consultant at Methods Analytics for 10 years.  Having gained expert level knowledge of information and performance management from over 20 years’ NHS experience working across primary and secondary care sectors and the regional health authority.

She is passionate about improving quality of care within the health and social care sector having led a multi-million pound quality focused NHS project for over 8 years, managing the transition to a web based platform from a manual process.

Experienced in working across several sectors within the NHS, she has vast knowledge and understanding of how virtual wards can greatly benefit the ICS health and social care landscape.  Working recently alongside an ICS to develop a linked data strategy provided first hand experience of how this could benefit the implementation of frailty virtual wards.
