Nicholas Ib

Nic is an experienced leader of improvement support and change projects, focusing on integrated care, system integration and out of hospital partnership development. His current work builds on over 20 years of public sector experience, including NHS commissioning and provider development roles in London and a decade at the Audit Commission.

Nic is a principal consultant with Transformation Partners in Health and Care, an NHS internal improvement team hosted by the Royal Free London Foundation Trust. Nic leads the team’s support on a range of out-of-hospital, integrated care and primary care projects for ICB and ICS partners, as well as work focused on addressing health inequalities. Nic is also passionate about supporting both clients and the Transformation Partners team through coaching and quality improvement.
